Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist, energetic, and a take charge individual.

Responsibilities include:  Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that span internal and external audiences to foster alignment and proactively shape stakeholder perceptions. Create and implement a national/regional/local media relations strategy. Responsible for building, strengthening, and managing relations with traditional/digital media outlets. Coordinate and manage interviews, speaking engagements, press conferences, and press coverage. Lead crisis communications. Develop and advance the thought leadership and voice of the President and CEO and other members of the Leadership Team including speaking engagements, media interviews, media preparation and internal communications. Support the Director of Annual Giving with all donor and development related communications. Strategize, develop, and implement internal communications to keep employees informed and inspired.  Responsible for management Sixteenth Street’s intranet. Oversee and manage organizational website, social media accounts, email marketing, and other digital assets and campaigns to grow and strengthen Sixteenth Street’s online presence. Coordinate website maintenance, ensuring that new and consistent information (article links, stories, and events) is posted regularly. Analyze reputation and image indicators, including surveys, website traffic, and social media feedback, so messaging and tone can be adjusted, as necessary. Work with Sixteenth Street departments and programs to create and execute internal and external collateral materials and communications initiatives that support and enhance SSCHC’s brand message and image. Supervise the Marketing and Communications Associate. Ensure all patient communications are written and designed with appropriate health literacy. Responsible for exterior signage at all new and existing sites. Update and enforce editorial, graphic, and branding standards for all Sixteenth Street communications/materials. Assure outreach materials comply with and support quality accreditation and donor recognition requirements such as Joint Commission, Patient Centered Medical Home and United Way. Carry out duties in both Spanish and English.
 

  
Qualifications include: 
  1. Two years of Technical school education in Information Services, computer repair or equivalent training or equivalent documentable experience in a professional environment where technical support was a primary responsibility
  2. Knowledge of and experience working with and supporting current desktop operating systems common business productivity toolsets such as Microsoft Office 365 products.
  3. Knowledge of Office 365 cloud-based tools used in a professional environment preferred.
  4. Knowledge of and experience working with common remote access support tools preferred
  5. Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in previous work history
  6. Strong customer service experience background with at least 4 years of direct customer service experience
  7. Previous experience in a healthcare related environment preferred but not required
  8. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical details with a layman type language set
  9. Strong sense of professional ethics and understanding of the importance of privacy associated with employment within the healthcare industry.
  10. Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and current auto insurance.
  11. Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
  12. Bilingual in Spanish/English considered a plus.
