Job Description

We are hiring Seasonal Contact Center Representatives for various full-time & part-time shifts covering 1st and 2nd shift in our 24x7 center, headquartered in New Berlin! Come and join our Team! Diggers Hotline is looking for talented individuals who will be responsible for answering inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. As a CCR, using a script and your mapping/spatial recognition skills, you will respond to inquiries and perform ticket processing duties for utilities, contractors, and homeowners from throughout the State of Wisconsin to ensure safe excavation.  Applicants with two years of call center experience with one employer are preferred.  This position works in our office, it is not a remote position.

WAGE: $14.50 per hour; not negotiable. *Up to $500 in signing and retention bonuses available.  Health insurance offered to FT seasonal employees after waiting period.

PAID TRAINING: You MUST be available every day for the entire 4-week training period. Attendance is critical to success! We are recruiting for our final training start date of April 26, 2021. Training is Monday through Friday, 8am to 2:30pm including a 30-minute unpaid lunch. What makes someone successful at Diggers Hotline - Are you qualified?  

• Do you have knowledge of, and ability to, work within the structure of a call center environment?
• Reporting to work and being on time is crucial to your success.  Do you have the ability to adhere to a work schedule?
• Are you able to communicate clearly and effectively with confidence and tact? Can you listen effectively and problem-solve?
• Do you have strong computer skills that include general keyboarding & program navigation?  Are you able to read & interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals – can you read a map and have the ability to identify north, south, east, & west?
• Can you work within a team or independently with minimal supervision? Are you cooperative and willing to put forth effort to achieve group/individual goals?
