Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time RN Site Manager for our Layton location that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.
 
Responsibilities: 

Assist in smooth workflow of clinic by:
  • Assisting on the clinical floor as needed
  • Assist with emergent and acute patients.
  • Troubleshoot problems regarding operational and clinical procedures that may affect patient outcomes.
  • Assist with patient complaints and concerns.
  • Provide nursing interventions through collaborative work with Providers and support staff.
  • Assist with triage and telephonic needs of patients.
  • Complete accurate and professional documentation of care rendered, procedures performed, tests administered, tasks completed, results received, and/or other patient related information pertinent to care.
  • Assists with budget
  • Minimal oversight of clinic operations
 
Participate in the Clinic mission to provide high quality healthcare by:
  • Actively participating in Clinical Support department In-servicing and Annual Skills Testing
  • Actively seek professional development opportunities   
  • Alerting appropriate staff and/or acting on possible safety or confidentiality issues
  • Offering workflow, safety, morale related improvement suggestions
  • Proactively participate in staff development by mentoring and providing “on-the-spot” learning opportunities, creating in-servicing plans, delivering in-servicing plans
  • Cross train nurses in specialty areas and projects


Qualifications:
  1. Registered Nurse with current license and two years nursing experience; current basic life support certification (CPR)
  2. Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory aptitude
  3. Strong computer skills preferred
  4. Experience in community health, public health or in a community agency
  5. Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds
