Hanna Trailer is looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Writer. Must have prior service writing experience.

The right candidate must be able to assist customers with parts in the store, type proficiently, and be highly motivated to deal with fleet accounts as well as RV & trailer customers. 

DUTIES INCLUDE:
 

• Writing & Billing Repair Orders
• Obtaining Repair Authorizations & Making Repair Suggestions
• Parts Look Up & Ordering
• Answering Phones
• Scheduling Appointments

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Great Attitude, outgoing and friendly
• Two or more years related experience and/or training
• Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and on the phone
• Ability to work with little supervision
• The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license
