Duties May Include:
· Variance analysis, control and costing.
· Monitoring of purchase variances
· Sales / Use / Payroll Tax
· Internal / Divisional reporting
· Maintain, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts and activities ensuring each account has proper documentation and complies with GAAP
· Accounts Receivable / Payables
· Contribute to the year-end audit process.
· Assistance with system enhancements and implementations
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
· 2–4-year Degree in Accounting from an accredited program
· Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
· Inventory (willing to train)
· Microsoft Word & Excel
· Microsoft Dynamic GP (willing to train)
· Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and have strong attention to detail.
· Must be able to problem solve, identify discrepancies and make recommendations.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Self-Driven, Organized, Analytical Minded, Fast-Learner
