e-Commerce Customer Service Representative Job Description:
- Monitor and correct EDI order processing as necessary and escalate when needed
- Monitor dealer digital listings for adherence with established guidelines and take corrective action when needed
- Be Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to online partner item setup and maintenance including merging SKUs/ASINS, parent/child relationships, product images, product benefits, and pricing
- Direct communications with B2B customers via phone and email on daily basis:
- Facilitate the flow of accurate information with the customers and prospects
- Order processing, updates, cancellations
- Investigate and determine chargebacks or credit accuracy
- Providing quality service and follow-up in all interactions
- Outbound calls to dealers and vendors
- Build long-term relationships with customers and vendors by understanding:
- Issues, needs and concerns
- Seek answers to questions within the materials and tools available
- Coordinate with Customer Service to respond to all customer inquiries and update responses with vendor portals
- Assist with monthly assessment of dealer sales, adherence to Arrow sales policies
- Work with marketing to ensure digital assets are available to drive sales
- Customer Service support and back-up as needed
e-Commerce Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma, or GED, & 5 years’ experience with customer support, business analysis, order management, sales/sales support, OR an Associates' degree & 3 years’ experience OR Bachelors’ Degree and 1 year experience.
- Prefer experience with online marketplace and EDI systems and customers
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer technology (Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Extranet, HSN ECO, Microsoft Dynamics GP, EDI, MS SharePoint, and strong familiarity with Microsoft 365)
- Experience with coordinating, merchandising, and assisting with video content creation
- Ability to handle multiple and simultaneous projects from start to finish with little supervision
