Facilities Technician

Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Facilities Technician that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual. We offer competitive pay with benefits.
Responsibilities:

- Perform repairs to building fixtures
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs and replace bulbs and ballast
- Replace HVAC filters and belts when needed
- Move assorted office equipment, desk, shelves and tables
- Applicants should have basic plumbing and/or electrical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer and office application skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with current auto insurance
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
