Our IT Intern will be the primary Help Desk contact, providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware. Main responsibilities will include:
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
Educate team members on technology.
Help to maintain performance of computer systems.
Walk team members through problem-solving process.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wireless Networks (WiFi), and other systems.
Triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of desktop support including hardware, software, OS, telecomm, and network related issues.
Detailed documentation of tickets including symptoms, causes, and resolutions.
The ideal candidate will be in their 2nd or 3rd year of education and have the following:
Familiarity with MS Office
Familiarity with G Suite.
Familiarity with Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, & Windows Server 2012 R2 OS
