Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Financial Analyst that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.
 
Responsibilities:
 
The Financial Analyst will be under supervision of the VP, Finance and will work closely with Revenue Cycle, Financial Planning and Analysis and Operations.  The Analyst is responsible for data collection/reporting, analysis, ad hoc research, and modeling support on a wide variety of strategic analytical initiatives. The analyst must also assist in maintaining financial reports, support the preparation of budgets and recommend process improvement. Successful candidates will be results driven, detailed oriented, and be able to work autonomously.  
 
Qualifications:
  1. BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant fields
  2. 0-3 years of relevant work experience in Job business analysis, financial planning and analysis, or similar position
  3. Must have exceptional analytical skills.  Must be able to quickly learn new EMR and Practice Management systems to gather needed data and integrate it into standard reporting 
  4. Must understand complex and voluminous data sets with the ability to analyze and synthesize into meaningful and actionable recommendations
  5. Strong Knowledge of MS Excel’s data analysis tools (Pivot and Power Pivot Tables, Lookup tables, Indexing, etc.) and Power BI required.
  6. Experience with the creation of dashboards  
  7. Healthcare experience a plus
