Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Facilities Technician III that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.
Responsibilities include: Obtain work assignments from Facilities Manager, contact person requesting repairs and determines type of repairs required, Mobile: manage work assignments at remote clinics (Waukesha, Layton, etc.) and assist at other sites as needed. Respond to and complete work orders in Proteus help desk. Perform property tending duties such as grass cutting, weed elimination, snow shoveling, parking lot clean up while awaiting assignments. Perform repairs to building fixtures. Trouble shoot and perform maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical system, heating system, plumbing, etc. Operate and maintain HVAC system. Perform spot roof and parking lot patching. Replace motors and belts. Move assorted office equipment, desks, shelves, and tables. Run and maintain all powered equipment, i.e., weed whacker, hedge trimmer, snow blower and leaf blower.
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED, HVAC license/diploma and certified in electrical construction a plus
Ability to use computer
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Must work overtime as needed, in addition, required to work on-call every 4-5 weeks
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and Class “C” license required and current auto insurance
Knowledge of Emergency back-up Generators
Knowledge of plumbing systems, solder copper, repair Sloan valves
