Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Facilities Technician that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain work assignments from Facilities Manager
  • Perform repairs to building fixtures
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs and replace bulbs and ballast
  • Replace HVAC filters and belts when needed
  • Move assorted office equipment, desk, shelves and tables
  • Must be available to be on-call rotation after hours
Qualifications:
  • Applicants will have plumbing and/or electrical experience and computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude acquired through vocational school
  • Outside activities or job experience
  • Computer and office application skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license with current auto insurance
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful, but not required
