Job Description

Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Informatics Analyst that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.

Responsibilities:

The Clinical Informatics Analyst is responsible for collaborating with clinical care and operational teams to evaluate, redesign, standardize and document clinical workflows and processes in the EHR to support achievement of organizational goals.  The Analyst is the liaison between the vendor, IT and clinical operations promoting understanding, integration, and application of the EHR and clinical information systems, optimizing user adoption and engagement.

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of Associates Degree (or equivalent years of experience) in Healthcare-related field, Information Systems, or Computer Science, Bachelors preferred
  2. At least three years of related experience in clinical systems and knowledge of EMRs and/or clinical workflow.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Electronic Health Record/Practice Management Systems, Practice Analytics, Patient Portal, Greenway Intergy experience a plus.
  4. Knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing software.
  5. Proficient in the use of the internet, Sharepoint, Teams and email applications.
  6. Ability to learn and understand the EHR and PM applications and the ability to integrate systems across different platforms.
  7. Understanding of clinical workflow processes and the ability to interpret into application design.
  8. Knowledge of medical practice management applications.
  9. Willingness and ability to adapt to change, including advances in technology.
  10. Ability to build consensus and work effectively across departments and organizational levels.
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to teach and develop and maintain relationships with others.
  12. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle tasks independently.
  13. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  14. Willingness to work at and travel between centers to provide feedback on integration of software into clinical workflow.
  15. Willingness to carry a mobile phone, take calls, and respond to user problems promptly.
  16. Excellent customer service skills and commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
