Purchasing Assistant/Inventory Control:
General Duties:
Qualification, Knowledge and Skills:
Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, proficient w/computers: e-mail & internet searches; Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access & Outlook. Must have good English skills. Ability to demonstrate good judgment, professionalism and teamwork skills. This individual must be able to lift 30-50 pounds, climb ramps, ladders and step stools and work in temperature variances.
Echo Lake has created new egg products for customers for decades, from breakfast entrees to main dishes. Products are used in school systems, hotels, healthcare and correctional facilities and restaurants.

General Duties:
- Assist with general purchasing tasks for food manufacturer.
- Knowledge of basic tool operations
- Review PO’s/Acknowledgements for PO’s for accuracy
- Filing documents & communicating changes to delivery dates
- Ensuring material/supplies are received accurately/reviewing & inspecting
- Putting materials in correct location
- Forklift Operator experience
- Good Customer Service Skills (regularly speaking with clients/vendors)
- Check with vendors for tracking information
- Other duties as assigned
