Preceptor Home Health & Hospice is growing!
We have experienced a huge increase in census within the past several months, and we need your help!

We are a home health & hospice agency providing services in clients' homes from Green Bay to Burlington and from Waukesha to Lake Michigan. Our home office is located in Germantown and our branch office in Kiel.
We are currently in need of a CNA for Hartford, Slinger, West Bend, and Port Washington areas.
Our clients reside in assisted living facilities, their private home, or wherever home may be. We bring the care to them. To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent communication skills with clients, families, doctors, facility staff, and co workers
- Ability to work independently
- Great organization
- Great time management skills
- Love what you do
As a home care CNA, you will be spending time in your car, and you will have a level of autonomy in scheduling your visits. Charting is done electronically. Our goal is for the majority of all charting to be done at bedside to allow you a work/life balance. HomeCare HomeBase is our electronic medical records system.
Experienced hospice CNAs are preferred; however, applicants new to the hospice field are welcome to apply. All staff receives thorough training to set them up for success.
