The All of Us Project Support member is responsible for knowing and teaching all aspects of coordination of the project activities, including: informed Consent Process, collection of Participant information, Bios Specimen, and Physical Measurements, SSCHC staff and Participant facing electronic portal, run outreach booth at various locations/ events; set the booth up and take it down, assist the AOU Project Manager as needed, which includes but is not limited to; translation, scheduling needs and assisting with outreach efforts, participate in the outreach/enrollment, engagement, and retention of project participants, actively recruit participants to join AOU program from our clinic lobbies and other locations as scheduled during outreach/engagement efforts, complete a ‘warm hand-off” of interested patients and/or family members to the Medical College of Wisconsin AOU project workers, complete all necessary AOU training and forms/documentation, as assigned, enroll and teach patients about the Patient Portal and other healthcare-related modules, must be able to attend occasional out-of-town conferences, must be able to work productively without direct supervision.
