Assisted Living

We currently have a pool LPN position available at our beautiful Harwood Place facility.

This individual will work as the nurse and supervisor overseeing Resident Assistants (CNA's) and care provided to residents including med pass, and meal service. Other duties will include collecting data for assessments and providing input into the Individualized Service Plans. The nurse will also be responsible for communicating any changes in resident status to the Nurse Manager and notifying physicians and family as directed.

Must be have a current LPN license in the state of Wisconsin.
At least one year of experience working with seniors, ideally in an Assisted Living setting strongly desired.
