• Able to operate a CAM 3D and 2D System, import and export files.
• Generate tool paths from 3D model and blue prints to machine dies and other tooling
• Operator and setup CNC vertical and horizontal mills with Fanuc Controls
• Use basic measuring tools as required
• Operator overhead crane
• Bench dies if needed not a primary responsibility

• Minimum 2 years hands-on Die Sinking or similar machine operation experience.
• Demonstrate ability to read blueprints.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to drive a forklift truck
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship
• Ability to read and write English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• CNC Mill programming experience
• Lemoine toolpath system experience
• Some CAD Experience
