Some experience in Production office is helpful. Must have strong math skills. Be very detail oriented. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must be highly organized.

Coordinate and expedite the flow of work according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing work schedules.
Echo Lake has created new egg products for customers for decades, from breakfast entrees to main dishes. Products are used in school systems, hotels, healthcare and correctional facilities and restaurants.
