Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Program Manager (All of Us) that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.


Responsibilities include: The Project Manager for the All of Us Research program is responsible for knowing and teaching all aspects of coordination of project activities, have a working knowledge of the AOU program established infrastructure and its relation to and operations at SSCHC, participant in outreach/enrollment, engagement and retention of project participants, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment and enrollment activities at SSCHC sites, supervising Outreach Workers who perform engagement, enrollment, physical measurements, and specimen collection activities. This includes supervising the schedules, employee relations, attendance, daily activities, hiring, discipline, evaluation, orientation, and competencies/training, organization and facilitation of all project meetings and webinars, acting as liaison between SSCHC and other partners in the project (Mitre, MCW, etc.), ensuring timely completion of all project benchmarks, work closely with the VP of Operations, and partnering entities in cross-sectional work, including planning, reporting, engagement and communications to promote the All of Us Research Program, work with community organizations to promote program and increase recruitment for the AOU study with significant efforts to inform, engage and retain participants from the Hispanic Community, work with the Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories (WDL) to oversee sample flow and processing when necessary, develops detailed protocol documents that meet federal/institutional standards, represents SSCHC at related meetings and conferences when appropriate, work with Providers, researchers, and project staff to develop ways of talking about some of the complex aspects of the science behind Precision Medicine and genetics with audiences who have limited understanding of health science information, assist MCW staff in maintaining long-term relationships with patients, informing patients about updates to the study, and working to encourage long-term engagement with study follow-ups.

Qualifications:
  1. Nursing Degree or a minimum of 2 years clinical experience
  2. Prior experience with Community Health Workers or similar roles are encouraged
  3. Ability to supervise, motivate, mentor and retain employees
  4. Demonstrate initiative, ability to work with others, and good professional judgment.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Coaching, mentoring, and teaching skills.
  9. Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds
