Job Description
LPN
30-32 hours a week
2nd Shift
We have a current opportunity available for an LPN to work as the evening nurse on our Memory Care unit. Some duties include overseeing resident care, charting resident information and answering any questions residents or their family members may have.
This individual will be able to start right away and will join us in relocating to our newer unit, currently under construction on the same campus!
Our current team is really strong. Resident Assistants are all certified CNA's, tenured, and self managed. RN Supervisors are available on site to assist if needed.
Candidate must be an licensed LPN in the state of Wisconsin.
