Administrative Assistant
20 hours a week
Lutheran Home and Harwood Place - Foundation

We're currently in need of a dynamic administrative assistant with strong clerical skills to provide assistance and support to the Executive Director of the Lutheran Home and Harwood Place Foundation (fundraising). This individual will occasionally provide support to our President/CEO and Board Members on special projects and events.

Major responsibilities include:
Managing donor databases and controlling all gift acknowledgment processes. 
Assisting with Foundation strategic communication projects.
Assisting with the planning and execution of our annual Monarch ball.

At least a high school diploma or equivalent is required.  Candidate must have strong professional, clerical and communication skills.  A minimum of two years office experience and proficient user of Microsoft office programs is also required. Must be well organized and have the ability to work independently.

The Lutheran Home provides post-acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, memory-care assisted living, adult day services and a child daycare. Harwood Place offers senior living and assisted living services.
