Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to VP of  Operations that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.

Responsibilities Include: Represent the office in a professional manner; provide a comfortable and efficient environment for meetings, and a friendly contact for outside agencies, supervise and manage the schedule of the Vice President of Operations including timely and accurate coordination of internal and external meetings, as well as dedicated time for project work, provide administrative and clerical support to the Vice President of Operations as well as to the direct reports to the Vice President of Operations, assist direct reports with outstanding action items from team Operations meetings, assist Vice President of Operations with project management, Practice Analytics and dashboard reporting, new and on-going initiatives, EMR forms updates and edits, and budget management reporting, prepare annual performance evaluation materials for department directors reporting to the VP of Operations, record and archive accurate minutes for all meetings attended by the Vice President of Operations and other meetings as requested , facilitate meetings as requested, including reserving Conference rooms, AV equipment, sending Outlook requests, and coordinating attending leadership schedules to optimize time, assist in the implementation and documentation of annual flu vaccines and employee health testing, assist with new staff orientation and on-boarding of direct reports to VP of Operations.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor or Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to research and organize data and information.
  4. Computer use proficiency: specifically, use of Microsoft Professional software
  5. Strong problem solving and innovative thinking
  6. Able to work confidentially with discretion.
  7. Able to relate to people of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
