Responsibilities includes: The overall administration and management of the health center’s Recruitment Program. This includes coordinating all efforts involved in recruiting, interviewing, screening and referring job candidates for job openings. Confers with VP, Human Resources and managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions written by others. Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Writes and places job advertising in various media, develops and coordinates internal job posting program and writes job postings. Makes public presentation at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities and performs reference and background checks on applicants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
Proven track record of successful recruitment program
Experience working with a bilingual, multicultural population
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, use of an automobile and current automobile insurance
