What You’ll Do
A successful Accounting Manager will provide support to the ADVENT team and will be expected to routinely accomplish the following:
- Oversee the daily accounting functions
- Supervise the Financial Administrative Coordinator
- Oversee credentialing for medical providers
- Prepare financial reports
- Act as a liaison with the outside accounting firm
- Audits and compliance
What You Need
In our search for the best fit, ADVENT is looking for candidates who possess the following:
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work easily with others
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Computer/Technology Skills
- Hands on manager experience
