The Project Manager will provide support to the ADVENT team by serving as a resource for ADVENT's buildings' maintenance, upkeep, and safety.
To be successful in this role you will routinely accomplish:
- Project Manage and Plan for new site developments and build outs
- Inspects construction progress
- Manages and adheres to budgets
- Prepare and execute emergency preparedness
- Schedule vendors and contractors
- Review lease and purchase documents
- Supervises purchasing coordinator
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work easily with others
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Computer/Technology Skills
- Hands-on/working facilities experience
