What You’ll Do
The Human Resources Manager will provide support to the ADVENT team by serving as a resource for the team in terms of culture, development and staffing.
A successful Human Resources Manager will be expected to routinely accomplish the following:
Payroll administration/Compensation strategy
Recruitment Oversight
Employment agreements
Benefits administration
Performance review collaboration
Team training and growth
Human Resource policy and procedure
What You Need

5+ years of experience
Strong leadership skills
Ability to multitask and work easily with others
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong Computer/Technology Skills
Hands on/working Manager Generalist Experience
