As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide support to the Clinical Care Manager by guiding and leading the day to day clinic flow in operations and patient care services. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing on the floor support to clinical operations by driving excellent customer service and support to patients and team members alike. 
To be successful in this role you will routinely accomplish:
  • Provide supervision and guidance to clinic flow and operations
  • Coordinate clinical and provider schedule in collaboration with the Schedule Administrator
  • Drive excellence in patient service and quality assurance
  • Monitor adherence to policies and procedures, identifying needs and gaps
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Provide solutions driven support and guidance
To ensure the best fit, your prior work experience will include:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare related field
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Medical Office experience
  • Ability to effectively interact in person, over the phone and in writing with patients as well as all staff members.
  • Ability to multitask and work easily with others
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Computer/Technology Skills
