What You Will Do

The primary role of the Patient Services Representative is to provide excellent customer service and be a source of support to patients and teammates, a like. A successful patient services representative will be expected to routinely accomplish the following:

· Greet our new and established patients to our clinic

· Work in our call center delivering excellent customer service to our patients via phone

· Help patients completed required medical forms and registration when needed

· Accurately enter and update patient information into our practice management system

· Obtain and pre-screen medical records for patients visit

· Schedule appointments

· Protect and observe patient confidentiality

· Effectively manage information within electronic health record system

· Enhance our patients experience by ensuring all questions are answer and concerns are addressed timely and effectively

What You Need

In our search for the best fit, ADVENT is looking for candidates who possess the following:

· 2+ years of customer service experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Medical Office and call center experience preferred

· Ability to effectively interact, in person, over the phone and in-writing with patients as well as all staff members.

· Ability to multitask and work easily with others

· Excellent Communication Skills

· A strong customer service focus

Open to Full or Part Time, must be available to work shifts between the hours of 7:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays 7:30am-1:00pm.

This position will be based at our Wauwatosa Clinic, but must be open to working at all ADVENT locations as needed.
