What You’ll Do
The Operations Coordinator will provide support to the Operations team by serving as a resource for the team and by leading and managing department projects. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Operations on strategic plans, business growth and quality assurance.

A successful Operations Coordinator will be expected to routinely accomplish the following:

  • Build an understanding of department practices and position responsibilities to promote clinic operations and to provide support services across clinic departments and locations
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to provide necessary support and business-related support across departments
  • Assist with the coordination and implementation of organizational strategic plans and objectives across Operations departments, including Clinical and Provider Services, PSR, and Surgery & Treatment Services in order to support and promote ADVENT initiatives
  • Assist with quality assurance systems development and coordination in executing initiatives



What You Need
In our search for the best fit, ADVENT is looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Medical Office experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively interact in person, over the phone and in-writing with patients as well as all staff members.
  • Ability to multitask and work easily with others
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Computer/Technology Skills
