Joey Gerard's - Greendale is looking for a professional Sous Chef to be the second in command in our kitchen. The candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.
Position Summary:
Responsible for the effective daily operations of the kitchen. This includes staffing, recruitment, employee development, financial management and facilities management. Responsible for creating, implementation and management of the menu concept.

Requires an Associate’s Degree in culinary arts and a minimum of three-year’s experience in a kitchen management role in a fine dining establishment or five-year’s experience in kitchen management in a fine dining establishment.
