Assemble small to medium sized units, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Attention to detail is required due to continually changing models, styles and colors of product. We Have:
Fit and align parts and mechanisms to required tolerances and operating requirements
Work with wood, foam, rubber, vinyl, fabrics, leathers or other materials
Follow established work instructions/procedures
Use assembly fixtures, hand power tools, inspecting and testing devices, etc.
Float between stations and coordinate work with other team members
Glue foam to substrate using a spray gun (depending on area)
Glue vinyl to foam using a spray gun (depending on area)
You Have (Requirements):
6 – 12 months general assembly experience
High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, bend, walk and stand for extended periods of time
Lifting an average of 30 to 40 pounds (sometimes up to 50) 3 to 4 times per hour depending on the product being produced
