Job Description

GS Global Resources, a growing distributor, manufacturer and systems integrator located in Mukwonago, WI, is known nationally as a supplier of mobile and industrial hydraulic systems and electronic control systems.  We have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join our engineering team. 

As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will work with a variety of fluid power systems and motion control applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing hydraulic systems for various mobile equipment and industrial applications.  Demonstrated experience with hydraulics and control logic is desired.  The Mechanical Project Engineer will specify hydraulic components and sub-assemblies and define hydraulic power and control circuits.  This position requires the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to interact with others including sales, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.  The successful Mechanical Project Engineer will also work closely with CAD Designers to create assembly drawings, BOMs, hydraulic schematics, etc.  This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.  Key responsibilities include creating a full documentation package, project coordination, system testing, and customer support.  Experience with 3D-CAD is required.  This is an excellent opportunity if you are self-motivated, organized, thrive in a team environment, and have a desire to work with fluid power and mechanical systems.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering 
Demonstrated experience with fluid power systems and control logic
Familiarity with mobile and/or industrial equipment and real-time motion controls
Experience with 3D CAD
