WE ARE GROWING (AGAIN)! Here is an opportunity for experienced Systems Engineers and Network Consultants to join our team. The primary responsibility is to provide networking/server support services for our customers. A strong candidate will be able to provide on-going technical support services and planning for our current and future clients -- i.e. adequately identify issues and propose technological solutions.

The ideal engineer will be knowledgeable and well-versed in many (but not necessarily all) of the following areas:
--Server Virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V)
--Microsoft Windows Servers
--Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
--Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS/Terminal Services)
--VDI Solutions (Microsoft,Citrix,VMWare)
--Microsoft Active Directory
--Storage Area Networks (SAN architecture)
--Managed Switches (HP/Cisco)
--Routers and Routing Switches (HP/Cisco)
--Firewall and Security Appliances
--802.11b/g/n/ac Wireless
Knowledge, skills, and other abilities -preferred-:
--Ability to administer and design small to large-scale Active Directory environments
--Comprehensive LAN/WAN experience for routing, switches, ACLs, and VLANs
--Strong understanding of IPv4 and subnetting
--Proven competence in Server Virtualization technologies
--Familiarity with industry-standard Backup Solutions
--Experience with various anti-virus, anti-spam, and content filtering systems
--Advanced troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem solving capabilities (extremely important!)
--Ability to create/maintain network documentation and project documentation
--Ability to work directly with end-users and handle desktop support issues
Personal skills required:
--Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects/multi-task (extremely important!)
--Demonstrate a high-level of detail to all project tasks (extremely important!)
--Be highly motivated and highly independent
--Show excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Position requirements:
--Applicants should have at least 7+ years of high-level networking/server support experience
--Working with customers on-site and light travel in the SE Wisconsin area
--Availability to work weeknights and weekends on rare occasion as required
