How you will know if you are successful:
Our customers will sing your praises often. They will invite you to their holiday parties. They will refer other clients to us and mandate that you be their engineer. Our clients will rely on you as a business and technology advisor.
Your fellow employees will sing your praises. They will say things like: “I can always go to Sam for help.” “Sam always comes through.” “Sam always has time entry and documentation updated.”
