Job Description
Olympus Group is a quick turn, highly customized large format printer and mascot manufacturer that is seeking a Network Administrator at our Milwaukee headquarters location. Our success is based on efficiency and responsiveness to our customer. We are looking for an energetic, resourceful candidate to join our IT team in support of that goal. The position requires the composure and patience to work with internal customers with varying technical knowledge to produce creative solutions.

The position requires the composure and patience to work with internal customers with varying technical knowledge to produce creative solutions.
Job duties include:
- New user and IT equipment installs, setups, and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting user issues like file and folder structure, recovery, and maintenance, hardware/software support, and network equipment management.
- Completing preventative network and desktop maintenance.
- Email and network account management.
- Network cabling management and termination.
- Maintain network security of hardware and software.
