Job Description
Position located in Menomonee Falls, WI. We will pay relocation assistance for this position for individuals outside the Milwaukee/Menomonee Falls area.
JOB SUMMARY: Manages raw material, inspecting for quality and assembling kits, including packaging. Operates machines as needed.

JOB SUMMARY: Manages raw material, inspecting for quality and assembling kits, including packaging. Operates machines as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uses visual standards in combination with the shop order to inspect products ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Attention to detail to place correct items in assigned space in the tool kit.
- Requests additional raw materials as needed prior to complete depletion of such materials.
- Prepares and packs finished goods for shipping.
- Moves palletized material when necessary.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Seeks assistance from Production Manager when needed.
- Performs other duties as directed.

- Can effectively load parts into a kit and monitor for accuracy.
- Ability to determine when raw materials are the correct items for any given shop order.
- Efficiently moves raw materials, and finished goods to the proper areas.
- Basic math skills are essential.
- Must be able to read and write.

- Sitting and standing for long periods of time
- Bending, stooping, turning, twisting, kneeling, and pushing and pulling.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to move pallets of finished goods when necessary.
