Your role will involve:

- CRM management/updating/clean up.
- Marketing events research.
- Marketing event preparation.
- Filing & organizing documents.
- Basic graphic design & editing on Canva & Adobe products.
- Writing, printing & distributing content as needed.
- Assisting with Social media platforms.

You are currently enrolled or have completed a degree in Marketing or related field. You are skilled and qualified in the following:
- Current enrollment or completion of a degree in Marketing or related field
- Proficient understanding of Client Relationship Management systems (CRM).
- Computer and internet savvy – Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva.
- Comfortable communicating with business people in person and on the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable researching and analyzing data.
- Able to work independently with little direct supervision.
- Goal oriented – able to take an idea and run with it.
- Confident, mature outlook.
- Comfortable assisting with marketing campaigns and event planning.
- Social media skills and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Knowledge of Word Press is a plus (not required).

This position is available for the Spring semester and will extend to the end of summer. Offering 20 hours per week to start, increasing to 30 hours per week over summer.
