Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:   As the primary IB Custom liaison for contact among departments, to drive and track programs, web site development and maintenance, projects and products including all documentation and follow-up.  
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Acts as POC on project meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining to assigned accounts, products, programs, and projects.
  • Prepares customer provided artwork, layouts and other visual aids. Reviews and critiques proposed changes to a product’s artwork, standards, or details.   Manage the artwork proofing process.
  • Coordinates the activities of the select IB Custom accounts with those of the Manufacturing department.  Acts as the POC for material and or labor changes to products while maintaining costs, and margins.
  • Functions as POC for selected IB Custom programs and customers in relation to Quality, Purchasing, & Product Development departments.
  • Develops, communicates customer requirements, and maintains customer web sites to meet assigned accounts contractual requirements.
  • Coordinates the item master in ERP system, including the detailed instructions for manufacturing processes for parts, specifications for packaging, external supplier specifications, and standard cost maintenance to meet customer specifications and internal documentation requirements.
  • Creates policies and procedures for select activities to meet customer requirements.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Must be High School Graduate or its equivalent (ex. GED).
  • 3-5 years of work related history preferred.

Travel Requirements:  Light with 2-3 days per quarter.
 
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities, stress, detailed work, reasoning, deadlines.
  • Must be flexible, analytical, and posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Will be interacting with multiple departments, customers, and working independently.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
