Coordinator - Client Relations

We are currently seeking a Client Relations Coordinator at our gorgeous Retirement Community. This individual will be responsible for the successful placement and acclimation of new residents at Harwood Place and the seamless transition of existing residents within the continuum of care. In collaboration with staff, the Coordinator will also work closely with each resident and family to achieve the optimal experience given their needs and desires.

 A Bachelor’s degree in sales,marketing, business, communications or social work is preferred.  A minimum of two years experience in healthcare, senior housing or long-term care is preferred.  Experience in other care settings may be considered. Results driven and well developed interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills is required in order to be successful in this position.
