Job Description

Bacchus - A Bartolotta Restaurant located in the Cudahy Tower in downtown Milwaukee is currently looking for experienced Pastry Cook to work at one of the best fine dining restaurants in the Milwaukee area.

Working at Bacchus, you will gain an immeasurable amount of experience and development working under Executive Chef, Nick Wirth. Chef Nick is a great mentor and received much of his development and training working with James Beard Award Winners, Paul Bartolotta and Adam Siegel.

The ideal candidate will have prior experiences in fine or casual dining restaurants, and are organized and take pride in each and every dish they make. This position does require evening and weekend availability.
