Accounts Payable and Invoicing

GS Global Resources, a growing distributor, manufacturer and systems integrator located in Mukwonago, WI, is known nationally as a supplier of mobile and industrial hydraulic systems and electronic control systems.  We have an immediate opening in our Accounting department for Accounts Payable and Invoicing.  This position can be structured as full or part-time for the right candidate.  Part-time consideration would be a shortened workday Monday thru Friday.

Responsibilities/Functions:

• Set up suppliers, voucher invoices, process debit memos, inventory returns, resolve pricing differences, reconcile statements and expense reports.
• Select invoices for payment weekly and process ACH, check and wire transfers.
• Review shipments and packing lists for invoicing.
• Review and approve freight orders. 

 Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in an Accounting position in Accounting department - AP and/or invoicing.  An Associate’s degree is a plus.
• Strong organizational and computer skills; very detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to multi-task and resolve issues with suppliers
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Willingness to learn Lean Manufacturing principles and partake in GS process improvement teams
• Great attitude and attendance record
