Job Description
Olympus Group is seeking a creative, action oriented, Costume Refurbishing Technician at our Milwaukee Plant location. We are looking for a candidate with an eye for detail and the characteristics to work in an innovative environment.
Candidates should excel in a team environment sharing and accepting feedback equally well. The position requires the composure to cope with change and the ability to make decisions without having the total picture. We are looking for an individual who wants to work for a growing organization that is on the cutting edge of our industry and wants to contribute to a team that thrives on finding solutions when others fail.
- Effectively cope with changing customer demand by applying creative techniques to clean and repair Mascot costumes.
- Independently manage time but operate in a collaborative environment to meet customer needs and meet deadlines provided
- Listen to and implement peer and customer feedback to optimize process
