Job Description
GS Global Resources is looking for a Hydraulic Technician to join our dedicated and talented team.   Hydraulic Technicians work from engineering drawings, schematics, assembly and test requirements to build and test hundreds of different projects from small to large which offer challenge and variety.

Responsibilities/Functions:
 
  • Assembly and testing of custom manifolds, pumps, valves and power units.
  • Painting of complete units and assembly components.
  • Implementation of hydraulic test specifications.
  • Documentation of test performance results.
  • Analysis and repair of product failure.
 
Physical Requirements:
 
  • Stand and walk all day.
  • Lift and carry 75 lbs. without external assistance.
  • Bend, twist, lift, and carry frequently.
  • Stoop, Squat, and kneel occasionally.
 
The ideal candidate will have a basic working knowledge of hydraulics, good mechanical aptitude and ability to read/work from assembly drawings.  Some hydraulic experience is preferred but not required.
