Job Description
ADVENT, an expanding, independent otolaryngology practice is seeking a Part Time Human Resources Administrative Coordinator for our growing Otolaryngology and Allergy Practice. We are an independent, innovative medical practice, founded with the goals of providing a unique type of healthcare. Our guiding principles include providing patients with the highest level of technology and medical experience available, in the most convenient, least invasive manner. Most importantly, we do so with an outward focus on providing the highest level of patient care.

A successful Human Resources Administrative Coordinator will be expected to routinely accomplish the following:

Help facilitate all basic HR functions

Organize and maintain personnel files

Schedule interviews

Document process improvements and handbook updates

Assist in organizing events and activities

In our search for the BEST fit, ADVENT is looking for candidates who possess the following:

2-3 years of related experience

Ability to effectively interact, in person, over the phone and in-writing with team members and applicants

Ability to multitask and work easily with others

Excellent Communication Skills

Understanding of Confidentiality
