POSITION DESCRIPTION
Sales professionals will sell industry-leading employment solutions to HR professionals using a consultative approach.
- Prospect and cold-call local businesses
- Conduct customized online business presentations
- Sell local recruiting subscription packages
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain and grow renewal business
- Build customer base and maximize revenues
- Bachelor Degree
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
- Previous B2B sales experience is highly desired, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Goal driven and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic and discipline
- Team player
