BILTRITE Furniture-Leather-Mattresses, a 4th generation locally owned & operated family retail business, has an immediate opening for a part time, Experienced Receptionist every Saturday from 10 to 6pm.
Top candidates are professional, mature, self motivated, experienced and responsible. You will need to be able to handle our busy retail work environment along with handling our phone system. Ability to multi-task is a must. Excellent communication skills are essential. You will need to have the right personality to be able to relate well with customers along with a professional appearance. Must be able to be quick on your feet to solve an issue, be a team player, fast learner, smart, follow directions/procedures & give directions. The top candidate must also be able to handle pressure and have a smile on your face when working with the public.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative duties are a must along with a professional appearance
- High School degree or higher
- 5-10 years experience
- Retail experience a plus
- Computer and math skills
Duties include but are not limited to: Answering the phone (multi-line), greeting customers, mailings, office work, completing sales transactions and various projects. Must be friendly and have good communication skills along with a calm manor and understand a retail environment!

Saturdays 10am to 6pm

*Holidays required to work include: Day after Thanksgiving, Day after Xmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and special OPEN Sunday hours.
