When you start, you also receive professional sales training before receiving inbound sales calls. The Training Team works with you to understand the products as well as the sale process. Plus, you receive one-on-one coaching and then mentoring time. You will observe and participate in the sales process with successful sales consultants to learn their methods.

Inbound calls and web leads come to you, wanting to buy, but often not knowing what to choose among the many options. You will receive training on how to get them the features they want, and a fair price, while earning yourself a good commission for your service.

The SCG Sales Team is fast-paced and fun — you won’t be making cold-calls; instead, you’ll be receiving sales calls from high-quality advertising, following up with your open sales leads and returning the calls of “ready to buy” customers.

They want your input and your expertise in their decision making process. Every call is an opportunity with numerous cross-sale and add-on options. This allows you to maximize your pay. Sales compensation includes a base hourly rate, weekly bonuses and unlimited sales commissions!
 

 
 

Job Requirements

 
 
  • High School Diploma at minimum
  • Ability to type 30 WPM
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Highly motivated

  • Adhere to specified call quality standards
  • Maintain minimum sales performance effort in accordance with specific goals established by you and your manager
  • Accurately log call data
  • Participate in sales training
