Job Description

Basic Function of Position:

Under direct supervision, troubleshoots and solves complex maintenance problems in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, or HVAC. May perform Custodial Worker II duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.  Performs maintenance service and complex repairs in the areas of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC repairs not requiring licensed contractors.
2.  Troubleshoots and solves complex maintenance problems.
3.  May perform Custodial Worker II duties as directed by managers (i.e., prepares vacant units for occupancy, operates and maintains trash disposal system, and performs general building and grounds keeping duties).
4.  Other duties as assigned.
 

Type of Skill and/or Licensing/Certification/Registration:

 
 

Valid Wisconsin Drivers License; Boiler Operators License
