2ND AND 3RD SHIFTS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE!
PAY FROM: $10;50 PER HOUR, PLUS BENEFITS!
 
Essential functions include:
  • Mentor, organize, and/or assist clients in their choices and actions in the areas of 1) daily living activities, 2) developing and maintaining positive self-image, 3) personal hygiene and health monitoring, 4) social and communication skills, 5) functional community skills, 6) recreational activities, and 7) budgeting and planning.
  • Provide services and support to clients in accordance with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and in compliance with program routine, Resident Rights, Admission Agreement, and Company policies, procedures, and protocols and applicable regulatory and contractual standards.
  • Provide assistance with mobility and utilizes specialized equipment as trained and outlined per client ISP.
  • Provide a high level of personal care services to clients; follow protocols for all complex care and utilize each client’s ISP as a resource for services provided.
  • Monitor clients for behavioral changes (such as being less communicative, not eating, not sleeping). Document and report all concerns promptly.  Follow procedures for taking action and notifying others.
  • Administer medications per policy and promptly reports any errors or concerns with medication administration to the Supervisor.
  • Monitor clients for physical changes, including evidence of possible illness or injury. Document and report all concerns to the Supervisor promptly.  Follow procedures for taking action and notifying others.
  • Transport clients in a safe manner, adhering to all traffic laws and Company policies.  If transporting in own personal vehicle, must maintain personal insurance and ensure vehicle is safe and reliable.
