Positions:
- Member Services Coordinator
- Processing and data entry (primarily back-end/operational side)
- Full-time; Mon-Fri; 7:30am-5:00pm
- $15/hr (based on experience)
- HS Diploma, 1-2 years data entry, and banking experience (or related secondary education) required
- Requires strong communication & computer skills
- Employer Support Coordinator
- Customer service to employer groups via email & phone
- Full-time
- $15/hr (based on experience)
- HS Diploma, 2 years customer service required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Required strong customer, computer and communication skills. Bi-lingual is a plus.
